Did you know?
Carrier invoices are required to perform analysis for purposes of carrier agreement optimizations and other evaluations of shipping data.
This guide will take you through the steps to download recent carrier invoices.
UPS®
Getting started
1. Go to UPS.com and log in using your username and password.
2. Click on username in upper, right corner of the screen.
3. Scroll down and click on View & Pay Bill.
Pro tip:
There’s likely multiple user accounts associated with your login. The objective is to get recent invoices from each account.
UPS® billing center
4. Click on UPS® Billing Center.
5. Hover the cursor over the Invoice tab and click Archive History.

Perform the follow steps for each account number, included within the Account Number drop down list, shown below.

6. Under Search Criteria select an invoice date range covering 13 weeks. Begin search on a Sunday and end on a Saturday.
7. Select “(.csv)” from the Document Type drop-down menu.
8. Tap Search button.
Download CSV invoices
9. Tap the checkbox in the header to select all invoices.
10. Tap View/Download button to download and combine all invoices.
Pro tip:
A PDF version of a single invoice is required. Perform the steps below.
Download a PDF invoice
11. Change Document Type from CSV to PDF Format.
12. Tap Search button.
13. Tap View/Download button to view and download PDF file.
14. Send all CSV and PDF documents to EPISCS contact.
Pro tip:
DO NOT open or re-save the downloaded invoices before emailing them to EPISCS.
FedEx®
Getting started
1. Go to FedEx.com and click on Support in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Scroll down and click on View & Pay Bill.
3. Click FedEx® Billing Online.
4. Enter User ID and Password and tap Login.

5. Tap on the Search/Download tab.
6. Tap New Search or Download.
7. Tap Please Select and choose Invoices in Search For field.
8. Tap Select All box.
9. Select date range covering 13 weeks. Begin search on a Sunday and end on a Saturday.
Download single PDF
10. Tap Search to populate the report.
11. A single PDF file is needed. Click on the purple PDF hyperlink to save and send in addition to the CSV files mentioned below.
12. Name the file.
13. Select the Template name FedEx® Standard Template from drop-down menu
Download CSV files
14. Select CSV as the File Type.
15. Click Create Download File.
16. Send all files to EPISCS.
DHL®
Getting started
1. Log in to the DHL® MyBill system using your username and password.
2. Tap on Search tab.
3. Under Search Parameters select all in the field below. Set date range for 13 week. Begin on a Saturday and end on Sunday.
Download PDF and CSV invoices
4. Tap the checkbox in the header to select all invoices.
5. Tap Download button to download and combine all invoices.
6. Check the PDF Invoice and Standard CSV boxes.
7. Tap Download button on right side.
8. Tap Download Zip File button to download both PDF and CSV files
9. Send all documents to EPISCS.
