Update reporting emails and notifications

The emails intended to provide updates and reports on your account are managed in two locations inside of your EPISCS account.

Helpful tip

Use the primary email address on file to control emails sent to other stakeholders from the account.

Digest email reports

An email sent according to set frequency (every Monday by default), is sent to a list of recipients. The topic relates to this email.

Add, remove or update recipients

  1. Login to your account.  
  2. On the left sidebar, tap Settings.
  3. In the cards on this page, look for Reporting Notifications.
  4. Add or remove emails from the list of recipients.
  5. Tap the Update button for the card.

Modify the frequency of emails notifications

Note: this does not affect billing and payment terms

The frequency of the emails sent doesn’t affect the billing terms on your account.

  1. On the left sidebar, tap Settings.
  2. In the cards on this page, look for Billing Notifications.
  3. Change the frequency of the emails that are sent.
  4. Tap the Update button for the card.

Schedule consolidated reports

The topic below relates to scheduling these documents to be emailed on a set schedule. Other topics within this knowledge base covers each of these documents in more detail.

  1. Login to your account.  
  2. On the left sidebar, tap Reports.
  3. In the cards on this page, look for Schedule emailed reports.
  4. Specify the type of report.
  5. Specify the shipping accounts (All by default).
  6. Select the date range.
  7. Specify the recipients.
  8. Tap Enabled to enable the report.

Tips on scheduling consolidated reports

  • Scheduled consolidated reports are not enabled by default. These require configuration from inside your account.
  • Scheduled consolidated reports are sent according to the sending frequency specified in the reporting dashboard. By default the frequency is monthly, on the first of each month.
