Resolve invalid credentials

Are you having trouble entering valid UPS® credentials in the system? You can change or recover your credentials through the UPS® Billing Center. UPS® Billing Center is accessed by following the steps outlined below.

UPS® Billing Center

1. Go to UPS.com and click on Quick Start in the upper left corner of the screen.

2. Scroll down and click on View & Pay Bill.

3. Click UPS® Billing Center.

4. Click I forgot my User ID or Password.

Recover your UPS® Billing Center user ID

If you forgot your user ID, enter your registered email address in the field and UPS® will email the user ID to you.

Reset your UPS® Billing Center password

To change your current password, enter your User ID and registered the email address in the required fields. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

Tip on resolving invalid UPS® credentials

Reach out to UPS® customer service to make changes to the existing account in order to resolve the issue.

What to do next

Once you’ve found / reset / retrieved the username and password of your UPS® user account, enter the information within your Billing-Add-on User Account.

FedEx®

Are you having trouble entering valid FedEx® credentials? You can change or verify your credentials through FedEx® Billing Online. FedEx Billing Online is accessed by following the steps outlined below.

FedEx® Billing Online

1. Go to FedEx.com® and click on Support in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. Scroll down and click on View & Pay Bill.

3. Click FedEx® Billing Online

4. Click Forgot/Reset your password or user ID?

Recover your FedEx® Billing Online user ID

If you forgot your User ID, enter your email address associated with your User ID then click Continue.

Reset your FedEx® Billing Online password

To change your current password, enter your User ID then click Continue. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

Call FedEx customer service to set up or make changes to the existing account in order resolve the issue.

U.S. based customers

Non-U.S. based customers

The login credentials needed for non-U.S. based customers are specific to the following URL: https://mybill.dhl.com

Tips

  • If the customer is having trouble, get the logins and test yourself on the DHL® before entering these into the system. Often the problem relates to providing login credentials for a different DHL® system.
  • If the customer doesn’t have logins to one of the two systems mentioned above, there’s a good chance that someone at the organization does, likely accounting.
  • Calling DHL® customer service with the customer to set up or make changes to the existing account is an expedient way to resolve the issue.
  • Ensure that the invoicing settings inside your customer account match the home country of the customer. This can be done within the Edit User page.
